Upfront Service Repair and System Replacement Pricing
One of our technicians will arrive to diagnose your system. Before you authorize B&B Mechanical to do any work, you will be provided with the total cost to repair the system. Our goal is to fix your system right, with no surprises or hidden costs.
Whether you are paying cash or financing your replacement, we will also explain how affordable your system is after your monthly energy savings from installing higher-efficiency systems.
B&B Mechanical charges a flat diagnostic fee of $89 no matter how long it takes us to find the problem or failure in the system. This way, you will know up front what is involved in getting your system in good working condition and keeping it that way.
System Tune-Up & Safety Check
For systems 5 years or older, we recommend that both Air Conditioning and Heating components be inspected, cleaned, and tuned up every year. Many problems that can happen are preventable with regular maintenance and care. We find minor issues before they become bigger issues.
It’s important to schedule the inspection before the system is needed full time. In other words, have your furnace inspected in the summer, and air conditioning inspected in the winter.

Heating

Don’t forget that regular maintenance and having your heating system properly checked every year is very important! B&B Mechanical can perform a Gas Appliance Heating Inspection. Using a combustion analyzer, we test the fuel/air mixture for efficiency and damaged or cracked heat exchangers in the system. Finding and fixing these issues can be a huge cost saving!
Air Conditioning

Air Handlers & Coils

Indoor Air Quality
The quality of the air we breathe is very important. Today’s houses are being built tighter, with better seals around doors and windows.
